After your booking is confirmed, you will receive instructions to meet your driver at your airport and terminal. We monitor your flight and stay in touch on WhatsApp.

Which airports does TuriRide serve?
We provide transfers to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Tulum International Airport (TQO).
Is the transfer private?
Yes. The service is exclusively for you and your group; you do not share the vehicle with other travellers.
How is the price calculated?
The fare depends on the route distance and the number of passengers. You can check the price in the quote calculator.
Can you take me to my hotel, Airbnb or accommodation?
Yes. Provide your destination's name or full address when booking so we can coordinate your transfer.
Bookings & payments
How far in advance should I book?
You can book online at least 72 hours in advance. If your trip is less than 72 hours away, contact us on WhatsApp to check availability.
What do I need to make a booking?
Provide the service date and time, passenger count, pickup and destination. For airport pickups, also include your flight details.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and TuriRide confirms your reservation.
How can I pay?
The deposit shown during booking is paid by card. You can pay in full online or pay the remaining balance to the driver in cash or by card.
Airport pickups
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
After your booking is confirmed, we will send instructions for your airport and terminal. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, follow those directions and stay in touch with TuriRide on WhatsApp.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight to coordinate pickup. Airport waiting time is up to two hours from landing.
Luggage & changes
How much luggage can I bring?
We allow one large suitcase per passenger. If you have extra luggage or bulky items, let us know in advance to confirm space.
Can I add passengers to my booking?
You can request this before the service. Each additional passenger costs MXN $200, subject to vehicle capacity.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. You can request changes at no charge up to 12 hours before the service. Changes are subject to availability.
How long does the driver wait for pickups outside the airport?
For pickups outside the airport, the driver waits up to 20 minutes. Please be ready at the agreed time.
