Where do we meet at Cancun Airport?
Add your airline and flight number when booking. Contact TuriRide on WhatsApp before travelling to confirm your arrival terminal and meeting point. If you need help finding your pickup, contact us before leaving the terminal.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor arrival delays and adjust airport pickup to the actual landing time. Up to 2 hours of waiting after the actual landing are included. If your airline cancels the flight, a date change has no change fee and is subject to availability.
How does my return pickup work?
Select round trip and enter both journeys when booking. Be ready at your confirmed hotel or pickup point at the agreed time. Pickups outside the airport include 20 minutes of waiting. Contact TuriRide to request a schedule change.
Are child seats available?
Request the seats in the passenger selector. The first seat is free; the second costs MXN $175 once per reservation, for either a one-way or round-trip booking. Each seat uses one vehicle place. Up to two seats can be requested online; contact us for more.
